Team Leader, Food & Beverage - Restaurant
- Actively guide and direct the team to ensure service delivery is at its best and established standards of operation are met.
- Know the food menu/special promotions including preparation times cooking methods main ingredient and side dishes for the outlet(s) assigned.
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Prepares work schedules and ensures all staff is rostered in accordance with business
levels. - Ensures all opening and closing duties are implemented in accordance with established
standards. - Conducts daily pre-service briefings.
Checks daily mise-en-place - cleanliness and set-up before service.
- Administers requisitions: food store
- beverage store etc.
- Handles all telephone calls courteously and efficiently.
- Maintains logbook.
