Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Tourism or a related field., Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory team leader or senior role., Strong leadership to supervise motivate and guide the housekeeping team to maintain high standards., Ability to conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and mentor team members according to SOPs., Ability to assign daily tasks manage staff rosters and optimize staffing during peak hours., High attention to detail in inspecting guest rooms corridors and public areas for flawless cleanliness and setup., In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures chemical handling safety regulations and cleaning equipment., Proficient in hotel systems (e.g. Opera Fidelio) for room status updates maintenance logs and office docs/emails., Basic skills in managing and controlling inventories of guest amenities linen and cleaning supplies.
