Commis III – Staff Kitchen
- Consistently deliver a high quality culinary product.
- Keeps kitchen area clean.
- Ensures all supplies are arranged properly in the various storage areas.
- Prepares all mise en place according to established checklists and daily instructions.
- Assists chefs in roasting grilling blanching etc of vegetables potatoes meat poultry fish and
seafood.
Brings food requisitions and act as runner when required.
Helps to prepare orders during service according to standards established.
