Team Leader, Housekeeping
- Actively guide and direct the team to ensure service delivery is at its best and established standards of operation are met.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Tourism or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in hotel housekeeping operations
- with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory team leader or senior role.
- Strong leadership to supervise motivate and guide the housekeeping team to maintain high standards.
- Ability to conduct on-the-job training (OJT) and mentor team members according to SOPs.
- Ability to assign daily tasks manage staff rosters and optimize staffing during peak hours.
- High attention to detail in inspecting guest rooms corridors and public areas for flawless cleanliness and setup.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures chemical handling safety regulations and cleaning equipment.
- Proficient in hotel systems (e.g. Opera Fidelio) for room status updates maintenance logs and office docs/emails.
- Basic skills in managing and controlling inventories of guest amenities linen and cleaning supplies.
