Assistant Manager, Housekeeping
- Assist in overseeing the daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness hygiene and presentation standards are consistently maintained across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the team coordinating schedules monitoring service quality and ensuring efficient operations in line with company policies and hospitality standards.
- Maintain excellent guest satisfaction by ensuring a clean safe and comfortable environment.
- Experience in housekeeping especially in the hotel industry.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operations efficiently.
- Flexible responsible and service-minded.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping-related software and office documentation including email communication is a must.
