- Age 25 – 40 years old.
- Min. 2-3 years hands-on experience in a professional kitchen.
- Previous experience in hotels or restaurants in a similar role.
- Skilled in Western.
- Authentic Thai and Asian.
- Strong cooking and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Can work as shift both day shift and night shift.
