Team Member, Kitchen - Administrator
- Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative and secretarial function to ensure that the supervisor effectively perform his/her job From maintaining the administrative organization that includes typing filing correspondence and distributing in-coming mails/faxes computerized database of all report and systematic plan to follow up handling appointments incoming calls taking the minutes of meeting and provide any assistance to the executives to ensure the smoothness and efficiency You will work and coordinating the activities of the Kitchen Office in matters pertaining to rostering appointments transportation other general affairs ensuring the smooth workflow of the division
- To assist the Executive Chef in all administrative functions
- Coordinates information with other departments and other section of Food and Beverage Outlets
- To prepare and type all necessary documents for the Executive Chef
- To perform all secretariat duties
- such as dictating drafting incoming and outgoing letters
- To update systematic files and implemented the computerization of all on diskette of all new events
- To prepare monthly report of Kitchen Training Goals Progress Food Cost Recapitulation
- To follow up transfer requisition related to food production
- Performs related duties and special project assignment
