- Minimum 7 years of experience in brand management marketing communications or related fields preferably in hospitality luxury or lifestyle brands
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term brand vision
- Expertise in brand storytelling content marketing and digital engagement
- Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision- making capabilities
- Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Budget management experience with the ability to allocate resources effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
