- Director of Sales is a professional who manages and oversees the sales for operations all segments. He/She will responsible for designing plans to meet targets developing relationships with clients/customers and evaluating costs for selling products and services. Director of Sales is a key role in repositioning hotel in the market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies by researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis develop and implement sales strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Hospitality Management
- or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of hotel sales experience including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel sales market trends and revenue generation strategies. Proven success in securing and managing Corporate Government MICE Travel Trade and Leisure business.
- Ability to analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation
- communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical planning and business development abilities.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Results-oriented proactive and able to work under pressure.
