- Demonstrate the highest standards of hospitality and deliver all aspects of service with care

- o Know and strictly follow established procedures for the cleaning and set-up of guest rooms.
o Sets up the work trolley according to standards.
o Carries out the following procedures according to established standards:
• DND (Do Not Disturb)/Double Lock
• Baby Sitting
• Loan Item Loss & Breakage
• Guest laundry pick up
• Temperature control
o Replenishes guest supplies and ensures all linen in guest rooms is clean and well-pressed.
o Contacts In-room Dining to have all trays - trolleys and equipment removed from guest rooms
- corridors and pantries.
o Removes all trays and trolleys found in corridors to pantry awaiting pick-up by In-room Dining.
o Reports to the supervisor repair and maintenance needs.
o Implements turndown service in accordance with established standards.
