- The Hygiene Manager is responsible for ensuring that the hotel maintains high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all food handling areas. This includes verifying compliance with food safety regulations
- providing training on proper food handling practices
- identifying and addressing potential risks
- and offering technical advice on food labeling.
- Certified GHPs & HACCP
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science - Hotel and Restaurant Management
- Hospitality
- Business Administration
- or related major.
- Minimum 2-3 years work experience as Hygiene Manager in a hotel or similar large restaurant complex - preferable in 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Excellent spoken and written Thai and English
