- To supervise operations in Front Office to consistently and profitably deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Front Office operations within the hotel industry including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team and handle issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of hotel systems such as PMS (Property Management System) Opera or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Revenue Management principles.
- Detail-oriented honest and highly responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility in working hours.
- Well-presented with good interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented mindset.
