- Proven experience as an Italian Chef in a leadership or head-of-kitchen role.
- Demonstrated abilty to lead motivate and manage a diverse culinary team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skils.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English.
