  To oversee the stewarding operations
• ensuring cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and its equipment.
  
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the stewarding team.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Train and develop stewarding staff.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all kitchen equipment and supplies.
  • Monitor and manage waste disposal procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
