Team Member, Kitchen – Administrator
- Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the administrative and secretarial function to ensure that the supervisor effectively perform his/her job. From maintaining the administrative organization that includes typing
- filing
- correspondence and distributing in-coming mails/faxes computerized database of all report and systematic plan to follow up handling appointments
- incoming calls
- taking the minutes of meeting and provide any assistance to the executives to ensure the smoothness and efficiency. You will work and coordinating the activities of the Kitchen Office
- in matters pertaining to rostering
- appointments
- transportation
- other general affairs
- ensuring the smooth workflow of the division.
- Thai Nationality is preferable
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field with minimum 3 years of experience in administrator task. Knowledge food safety or food hygiene will be advantage.
