Team Leader, Food & Beverage - Bar
- To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
- Food & Beverage or related field.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors and under pressure.
- Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Able to work at the bar and prepare and serve beverages to standard.
