- Front Office – Guest Relations is a warm and uplifting destination host. She/he makes the guests’ stay more convenient
- relaxing and enjoyable by actively engaging the hotel guests to enhance their experience of the hotel’s services and products and by providing pertinent destination information and arrangements. Her/his goal is to be the guests’ first point of contact for a majority of their interactions.
She/he displays an outgoing personality with an excellent command of English - is well-groomed and wears a specially designed uniform distinct from those of the other FO Team Members to be easily recognisable as well to reflect the sense of the destination through
- patterns
- cuttings and colours. She/he is primarily based at the Hotel Lobby but is also frequently seen walking the property and outlets engaging and receiving feedbacks from guests.
- Thai Nationality is preferable
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field with minimum 3 years of experience in Front Office department.
