Description:

• To manage and drive all aspects of the outlet s operations to consistently and profitably deliver high quality F&B service in accordance with established standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
• Food & Beverage or related field.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and under pressure.
• Flexible to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work at the bar and prepare and serve beverages to standard.
