- Ensure compliance with ISO standards hygiene safety and quality assurance requirements.
- Proven experience in manager restaurant within a high-volume operation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Commercially minded with a solid understanding of revenue drivers and business performance.
- Strong operational and organizational skills with a guest-focused mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proactive hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Fluency in English.
