- and development of Sales Department Staff for the
hotel's growth.
Provide ongoing sales direction to subordinate staff through the implementation of joint call
programs and guidance for new business acquisition.
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management
- Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years in sales management experience in luxury hotel sector with an understanding of
key markets - strong network of appropriate social/business connections within the key markets that
they will be operating.)
