- Handling of check in and check out procedures such as meet and greet
- payment collection
- luggage handling and rooming
• Handling incoming calls - tenant general enquiries
- sales enquiries & viewing appointments
• To carry out daily - weekly and monthly operation reports
- and overseeing of check in and out documents
• In coordination with Team Leader - Housekeeping handling of room assignments for housekeepers and coordinating with sales
• Ensure the stock level of all goodies - amenities
- inventory and cleaning supplies are accurate and aligned with TMS/Product system
• Regular coaching of Coordinator - Guest Services
• Assist supervisors to check room preparations prior to check in and on all administration works whenever necessary
• Any other tasks as assigned
- Diploma or higher preferable in hospitality management
• Fluent in spoken and written English - Cantonese and Mandarin
• 1-2 years in customer service/ hospitality experience
• Less experience can be considered as Coordinator - Guest Services
