- Responsible for greeting and assisting all resort guests which includes
- but is not limites to luggage assistance
- delivery assistance
- responses to guest inquiries
- and assisting the Front Desk when needed. Implement and maintain a service and philosopy which serves as a guide to respective staff and ensure a positive experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
-Be courteous while meeting and greeting all guests arriving and departing the resort. Be responsible when handling guest luggage.
-Develop loyal relationships with repeat and new guests.
Be familiar with all hotel services/facilities and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
-Accommodate guest requests for changes courteously and professionally.
-Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times.
-Additional duties as assigned by GM - DO
- FOM.
- Valid Driver's License with clean record
-Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
-Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment
-Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules - including weekends and holidays
-Ability to converse with guests and employees in fluid English
-Successful applicant will pass pre-employment background check
