Team Leader, Food and Beverage
- Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager and Assistant Outlet Manager in all operational activities of the restaurant.
- Ensure that the restaurant meets the high service standards established by the hotel.
- Ensure that SOPs - policies and procedures of the restaurant/hotel are followed.
- Delegate and ensure that subordinates perform their duties according to the standards established by the hotel.
- Perform opening and closing of cashier.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling operational stocks.
- Responsible for monitoring operational equipment movement and quantity.
-Ensure all storage rooms are clean and well organized.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures of the restaurant are well executed.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management.
- Min diploma in hospitality or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and customer services skills.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts - weekends and public holidays.
- Remaining calm under pressure.
