Assistant Front Office Manager
- As this position will lead of Front Office department.
To ensure front office management tasks such as workflows - forms
- Team members training are running smoothly.
To ensure desk operating system such as Opera - Ving Card
- Operator system are working properly.
- Implementation and training of SOP and all policies & procedures as per ONYX standard to the department.
- Deliver a high quality guest experience in accordance with established standards.
- Meets - greets and escorts guests to the room in accordance with the hotel’s standards and as assigned.
- Ensures all guest requests and complaints are handled appropriately adhering to the hotel’s general guidelines for service recovery.
- Able to manage the operation
- provide training and procedure and strong leadership skills.
- Have strong ability to handle and drive Guest experience.
- Minimum 2 year of experiences in 3 star hotel.
- Proficient in OPERA system.
- Proficient in English communication
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
