Chef de Cuisine – Italian Restaurant “La Gritta”
- You will be responsible for:
- Contribute culinary creativity and maintain high Italian food quality and presentation standards.
- Responsibly operate and control the outlet’s kitchen equipment - cost control and operate according to Amari standards.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication among the kitchen - restaurant and other department teams.
- Maximize productivity and maintain harmony among all team members - while building meaningful relations with guests
- clients and other partners.
- Bring fun to work - every day.
- The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:
- Italian National
- Minimum 3 years experience in the upscale hospitality and Italian restaurant segments in Thailand.
- Experience in a Chef de Cuisine position in upscale Italian Restaurants.
- Bachelor degree or diploma from a recognized Culinary Institute.
