- Personally welcome VIPs upon arrival.
- Ensure arrivals and departure arrangements are properly executed.
- Mange a strict room key control system at the Front Desk.
- Establish guidelines and control all cash-handling procedures.
- Confirm rooms are allocated in accordance with guest requirements and business needs.
- Coordinates the preparation of VIP amenities.
- Monitor all outstanding payments and liaises with Sales & Marketing and Finance & Accounting regarding credit arrangements.
- Work together with the Revenue Manager and E-Distribution Manager to control room inventory.
- Ensure smooth check-in/out procedures are implemented in accordance with established standards.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Phuket hospitality market.
- Proven experience in managing the Front Office at a 5-star hotel chain - experience in reservations is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a hotel industry-related field (e.g. - Hotel Management diploma).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for
service excellence and driving guest satisfaction.
- Extensive knowledge of Opera and familiarity with systems like PMS.
