- Minimum High School Graduate or equivalent and 3-4 years in Housekeeping Department
- Multitasking
• Able to take on other duties as assigned by supervisor or assistant manager
• Processing comments and complaints from guests - and sharing the details to a supervisor.
• Training skills - able to impart technical training to other team members
• Knowledgeable about all aspects related to brand standards
• Knowledgeable about hygiene and cleanliness/industry standards - knows how to clean and prepare a room for guests.
• High level of cleanliness and understands how to clean surfaces - able to care for and manage cleaning supplies and equipment
- can write reports
• Knowledgeable about planning - training
- overseeing and managing team members.
• Good reading and writing skills in both Thai and English
• Computer literate
• Enjoy working with people and team-oriented
• Positive with can-do attitude
