- 1.Maintain the property in your qualified trade to the desired standard.
2.Daily inspection and rectification of all public areas in relation to your trade.
3.Complete work orders as requested by the Superior in relation to your trade and other directives to meet customer requirements.
4.Ensure plant rooms are checked and cleaned and are in operating order.
5.Carry out any minor repairs to guest rooms or public areas.
6.Perform all routine preventative maintenance and curative maintenance.
7.Attend to all types of repair and maintenance work in the Property premises - including any new additions / extensions to the Property or any other properties maintained by the Property.
8.Inform superior of the status of repairs and pending costs and indicate when it would be reasonable to consider replacement.
9.Record daily service work - including maintaining individual replacement costs along with time/task labor hours cost.
10.Participate in instructing colleagues on the proper operation - safety procedures and cleaning of all equipment.
11.Participate in staff meeting regarding proper operating and maintenance practices of equipment.
12.Carry out and document regular inspections of plant and equipment.
13.Efficient and effective use of recycling methods.
- Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
