- To assist in achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team goals to maximize hotel profitability
• Participates in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget - the hotel marketing plan and business plan.
• Creates and implements Marketing plans and set budgets that help promote room - food & beverage and banquet sales.
• Develop online marketing plans for the hotel and overlook social media
• Liaise with the GM and/or Marketing Director in targeting specific markets and developing the public relations strategies to reach these markets.
• Coordinates and participates in all communication activities with an emphasis on public and media relations.
• Coordinates the required Advertising/Collateral Development.
• The ideal candidate promotes good quality and positive communications in order to promote and
enhance the image of the property & brand
• Creates and develops special events and PR events to showcase the hotel to potential clients - and to connect with the local community.
• Attends events locally to promote the hotel and to build a profile and increase marketing opportunities for the hotel.
• Maintains good communication with regional Marketing & Communication personnel and implement corporate initiatives.
• Shares responsibility with Revenue - Digital Marketing and E-commerce departments
- to ensure system delivery targets are met for rooms revenue by ensuring content and pictures on various channels are up to date and the hotel is ranking high in search results on all OTA websites.
• Ensures hotel promotions are delivered to the right audience through print and on-line promotions.
• Supports Digital Marketing with hotel photo – and videography to ensure it follows brand guidelines
• Keeps good relationships with corporate level team members for PR - Content and Social media and ensures their trainings and buy-ins are always mandated.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Advertising - Communication Art
- Jounalist or equivalent experience
2. 3+ years' experience in hotel marketing - age between 27-35 years old
3. Ability to multi-task
4. Strong verbal - written in English

6. Understanding the tone of voice - creative thinking
7. Easy going personality - young gen
