Description:

• Responsible for the property repair & maintenance of all buildings
• plant and equipment of Amari Buriram United.
  - Control daily expenditures and expenditures involving alterations and improvements. Ensure daily operation efficiency by keeping track of entries in all operational documents.
  - Inspect buildings and installations according to a set schedule.
  - Planning
• Executing and following all projects assigned and prioritizing works to ensure the customer’s satisfaction and hotels needs are met
  - Revise and make recommendations to the General Manager concerning engineering facilities.
  - Supervise repair work
• maintenance and operations of installations under his control.
  - Prepare reports to the General Manager
  - Annual Engineering Department budget preparation.
  - Work closely with Security Department implementing safety/ security measures throughout the hotel.
  - Conduct and maintain continuously fire safety training
  
  

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality only
  - Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in the same position
• 3-4 star hotel environments
  - Matured
• self-motivated
• fast learning character with good interpersonal and organizing skills
  - Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and to work under pressure.
