- To handle local and overseas room booking by noting and recording accurately booking requirements such as number of room - type of room
- number of guest
- duration of stay
- name of caller
- name of company
- terms of payment
- arrival and departure information
- percentage and type of discount if any.
- To amend or cancel booking requirements on correspondence and enters such information into computer correctly.
- To up-date daily reservation situation and review all bookings from time to time especially during tight situation. To perform this by calling company to reconfirm details of each individual booking.
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor Degree field in an advantage.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Minimum three years’ experience working with distribution channels in the hospitality industry.
- Experience in Sabre CRS system (essential).
- Experience in Opera Property Management system (essential)
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products.
