• Managing the Amari Koh Samui’s training function
• including developing a complement of qualified departmental trainers. Establishing a property system for generating training data and evaluating results to meet both objectives and achievement of goals set forth by the management and ONYX Hospitality Group

• Have been working in position for minimum 2 years
  - Excellent English proficiency and great communicator to all levels ofassociate
  - Well partner with HR Team and other department heads in driving company to the achievement
